Placing an order
All orders must be placed in our on-line store with payment using a Solo, JCB,Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, MasterCard or Switch card.
Once your payment has been authorised by our secure WorldPay payment system we will then send an email confirming your order and another confirming payment.
We will then ship your order to you.
Order processing and dispatch
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of order receipt. Add estimated delivery time to this. (see below).

Shipping
UK Orders:
All UK shipping charges are included in the listed price of the product. Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Recorded Signed for.
Packing is also included in the listed price.
Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting
office as it's possible they have already tried to deliver your package, but were unable to. In our experience reminder cards are not
always left by the postman to advise a package is waiting. Visit the Royal Mail web site to find your local office in the UK.
Note: All orders require a signature, so someone needs to be at home or the order will have to be collected from your local
sorting office.
International Orders:
International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and the weight of the order. Packing is included in the listed price.
You can review the order total before you enter your payment details.
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Signed For and sent via Airmail. You will get a full refund if an order cannot be posted
to your destination. Visit the Royal Mail to check first if you are unsure.

Returns Policy
Goods that are faulty or damaged:
Should your purchase arrive faulty or damaged you can return it to us within 14 days for a full refund (including return postage) or request a replacement. Please contact us giving the reason for the return, the date ordered and the order number from your confirmation email. We will then contact you and give you details for the return. Please do not post the item(s) until we have advised returns details.
Canceling an order:
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
To cancel this contract, please contact us giving the date ordered and the order number from your confirmation email. We will then contact you and give you details for the return. Please do not post the item(s) until we have advised returns details.
You should package the relevant item(s) securely and arrange for the goods to be returned to us. We shall arrange for a refund within a maximum period of 30 days from notice of cancellation as long as the goods are in their original condition. All returned goods are inspected and tested upon receipt.
Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery and you are therefore strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. (Recorded delivery in the UK covers up to £30 as standard)
If we do not receive the goods back from you we may arrange for the item(s) to be collected from you within 14 days of your notice of cancellation and charge the cost of collection to you.
If you cancel an order you are liable for the cost of delivery charges incurred in sending the goods to you and your costs in returning it to us. In other words, we only refund the value of the goods themselves.
Please note that this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. However, if you do choose to cancel, we would remind you that there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods until you have returned them to us.
